Scott Bailey was an avid outdoors man who loved sailing, fishing, handcycling, and other recreational pursuits. In 2000 he broke his back in a car accident. Bone infections followed shortly after resulting in the need to amputate both of his legs. In spite of hardships related to his accident Scott made a conscience effort to be positive and to live life to the fullest (see videos below). Scott passed away on March 13, 2016.

To honor Scott's memory, his friends decided to create a fund in his name to promote access to the outdoors. We invite you to contribute with a generous gift to Access To Outdoors. Your gift will enable us to keep Scott's dream alive of making the great outdoors more accessible. There are many barriers at many outdoor facilities that keep many citizens with disabilities from participating in our recreational venues. With your support we will work tirelessly to remove those barriers.

To donate simply email us at accesstooutdoors@gmail.com or call us at 208-704-4781

All donations are tax exempt.

Thank you so much for your support!
